Hopefully we can answer them below!


    After your order has been successfully placed, you will receive an email acknowledging your order has been received. This does not mean that we have confirmed your order: only after your credit card details have been approved, the delivery address has been verified and the items located will your order be accepted and the items shipped. You will receive a further email confirming the dispatch of your order once it is sent.

    Please note that these confirmation emails have been known to drop into the junk/spam folders in your mailboxes.

    If you do need any further assistnace with this please contact our Online Customer Services Team who will be happy to assist you further with this -
    Choice will question university halls of residence or any similar university accommodation when given as a delivery address. This is due to the vulnerability of university campus addresses. If an address of this nature is provided at checkout, an investigation on the address will take place and if we do not see fit to send we will ask you to provide an alternative delivery address. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of your order.
    If you wish to cancel an order, you will need to contact our Online Customer Services on the following email - who will be happy to help.

    Please note we are unable to cancel orders once they have been dispatched.
    For all UK orders, we use Interlink Express, DPD, DPD Local.

    We currently are unable to ship internationally 
    Yes! Once your order has been dispatched within the 3-5 working day time frame tracking information will be sent directly from the courier which is DPD this unique tracking number can be used via the DPD website to track your parcel's journey. Once this tracking information has been received your parcel will be delivered on a next working day delivery service. 
    If your order has been cancelled, we would have sent you an email with an explanation. Please check your inbox and junk/spam boxes, as occasionally emails of this nature can be flagged as junk by your email host.
